Some guests experienced noise from the floor above their room, which affected their sleep.

The breakfast at this hotel was quite good, with a nice variety of options to choose from. the location of the hotel was also very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Additionally, the pool area was a great place to relax after a day of exploring the city.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I did not enjoy. the noise from the surrounding area was quite disruptive, especially at night.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, with the hotel being so close to the city center and all the major sightseeing spots, like the war remnants museum. It made it so easy for me to walk to everything and explore this amazing city. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and had a great variety of choices. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the staff's service were all top-notch.

We also loved the fact that there were plenty of great bistros and restaurants nearby, making it easy to find some delicious meals. There was even a 7/11 close by for any random snacks we needed. The hotel staff was exceptional, especially Thuy from the concierge. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, helping us with tours, local tips, and even arranging transportation to the airport. The level of service here was truly outstanding.

The city noise was a bit bothersome, especially with the bathroom window letting in road noise all night. The bathroom door also allowed light and noise from the hallway to disturb our sleep.

The hotel lacks soundproofing, which can be bothersome as you can hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel with a great location! The hotel was stylish and luxurious, with a suite room that had a balcony and a hidden outside bathtub - a unique experience! The shower in the bathroom was the best I've ever had - hot and powerful with a great big overhead showerhead. The breakfast was decent, though not very inspiring. However, the rooftop bar and jacuzzi pool were a nice touch, providing a relaxing escape from the bustling city. The staff were nice, especially the lady at the concierge desk who was truly awesome. I would highly recommend this hotel for couples and even business travelers.
